The OT Technician is responsible for preparing and maintaining the operation theatre, assisting surgeons and nurses during procedures, and ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use.

• Rotational shifts including emergency duties
• Ability to work in high-pressure surgical environment
• Diploma / Certificate in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT)
• 1–3 years of experience in OT setup (freshers can be considered)
• Experience in handling basic surgical procedures preferred

• Prepare OT before surgeries (instruments, equipment, sterilization)
• Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during operations
• Maintain sterile environment in the operation theatre
• Handle surgical instruments and ensure proper arrangement
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize OT equipment after procedures
• Check functionality of OT equipment (lights, suction, monitors, etc.)
• Maintain inventory of surgical supplies and inform shortages
• Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste
• Assist in patient shifting to and from OT
• Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly
• Maintain OT records and documentation
