The Nurse In-Charge is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and managing day-to-day nursing operations in the clinic. This role requires leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to maintain smooth workflow across all shifts.

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing (M.Sc preferred)
• Valid Nursing Registration
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff nurses and support staff
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
• Monitor patient conditions and guide nurses in critical cases
• Prepare duty rosters and manage shift allocations
• Ensure proper administration of medications and treatments
• Maintain nursing records, reports, and documentation accuracy
• Implement infection control protocols and hygiene standards
• Handle patient admissions, discharges, and bed management
• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Coordinate with doctors, lab, pharmacy, and administration
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure availability
• Handle patient complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations
