The Administration & Support team ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, supports staff and clients, and maintains proper documentation and coordination across departments.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Manage front office activities and handle walk-in clients
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries
  • Support HR activities like attendance and basic coordination
  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounts work
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
  • Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Ensure proper data entry and record updates
  • Provide general administrative support to management
