Roles & responsibilities
- Manage front office activities and handle walk-in clients

- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Support HR activities like attendance and basic coordination
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounts work
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
- Ensure proper data entry and record updates
- Provide general administrative support to management
