We are looking for a reliable System & Network Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. The candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, system availability, and data security across the organization.

• Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux)
• Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls
• Handle user accounts, access control, and permissions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Manage backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery plans
• Ensure network and system security (antivirus, firewall, updates)
• Configure VPN and remote access for users
• Maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, printers)
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and inventory
• Coordinate with vendors for IT support and procurement

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server / Linux Administration
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with routers, switches, firewall configuration
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure is a plus)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of backup and security practices
