We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Laravel to develop and maintain an HRM (Human Resource Management) ERP system. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, handling both frontend and backend development, and improving system performance and usability.

• Design, develop, and maintain HRM ERP modules such as:
  • Employee Management
  • Payroll System
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Performance Management
• Develop backend logic using Laravel (PHP Framework)
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using:
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Bootstrap / Tailwind / Vue.js / React (if applicable)
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs
• Work with databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement security and data protection best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• Strong experience in PHP and Laravel Framework
• Good understanding of MVC architecture
• Experience with frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5 JavaScript)
• Familiarity with modern JS frameworks (Vue.js/React is a plus)
• Database design and management (MySQL)
• REST API development and integration
• Version control tools (Git)
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security practices
