Job description
The Client Support Manager is responsible for managing patient and family relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery, handling inquiries, and coordinating between clients and the healthcare team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality home care services and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families
- Handle new inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Understand patient requirements and suggest suitable services
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with caregivers, nurses, and doctors for service delivery
- Schedule caregiver assignments and shift planning
- Ensure timely service start and continuity of care
- Handle replacements if caregiver is unavailable
- Address client complaints and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow up regularly with clients for feedback
- Maintain patient records and service details
- Track service status, payments, and renewals
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
- Support sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed cases
- Upsell additional services (nursing, physiotherapy, doctor visit)
- Ensure proper onboarding of new clients

Skills & experience
Any Degree (Healthcare / Management preferred), Experience in Home Healthcare / Hospital / Customer Support (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong communication (Tamil & English mandatory)
- Good coordination and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp handling)
- Empathy and patient-friendly attitude
