  • Toileting assistance / diaper change

🍲 Nutrition Support

  • Feeding patient (if needed)
  • Follow diet plan strictly
  • Monitor food intake

💊 Medication Support

  • Give medicines as per schedule
  • Maintain medication chart
  • Report missed doses

🛏️ Mobility & Positioning

  • Help patient walk (if possible)
  • Turn bedridden patient every 2 hours (prevent bed sores)
  • Assist with exercises (if advised)
